Internet video platform Joost (by the same creator of Skype and Kazaa) is inching closer to a public launch. Last week the Joost announced partnerships with 32 advertisers. Recently Joost announced that it is allowing current users to send an unlimited number of Joost invitations to their friends.

It’s Similar to Gmail version of a public beta. You required to get invitation to be able to download Joost. You can’t just sign up through the Joost homepage yet. I just received my invitation for Joost, and as you can see from the screen shots, the quality of the video is superb. If you would to live Joost invites, just drop me a comment, I will send you an invite. :-)
