Why I couldn’t see the ads myself? Even using other computer at home also can’t see it.

Hi Bee Ean, I checked your blog, everything is ok.
Maybe you have installed some sort of ads blocker or you disabled java script for your browser.

I have added the adsense using the add a page element in blogger but no ads is on my site now.

I can see your Google Ads at the bottom of the page.
But if you want better result, you should add Google ads to the sidebar where most of the attention will be.

I have turned on my adsense but so far I didn’t see any ads appear. Do they impose a minimum amount of readers in a blog to adverstise in it?

You embedded the code correctly onto your blog?. You should able to see ads instantly once you inserted AdSense codes.
