Hydrangea

It’s been said that, “Flowers are a perfect replica of human life”.  Just like a human, a flower goes through the life cycle process of Planting, Growth, Bloom and Withering. As every flower lover knows, flowers have a language of their own. That’s why sometimes it is easier to expressing what is in your mind by giving flowers than to speak it out.

It is summer now in Japan. As an avid nature photographer, it is also a good time to shoot some nice photos of flowers that are available during summer. Currently, Hydrangeas are in full bloom everywhere in Japan. There are many types of Hydrangeas that can be found in Japan. According to my online research on Hydrangeas, it is a flower for “Thank You for Understanding, Frigidity, Heartlessness”. Even though this is a technology blog, sometimes it is good to just take a break and enjoy your nature. Remember, your life like a flower too. Soon it will be withering time. Therefore, enjoy the most of your life while you can.

Here are my photos of Hydrangea taken near a park near to my house.

i like this sentence “Remember, your life like a flower too. Soon it will be withering time. Therefore, enjoy the most of your life while you can.”

I am not a flower lover, but I love getting flowers from a lover. Does that count?

You are a flower lover then, someone who loves to receive flowers :P

I don’t like to be given flowers or cards cos I think it costs too much. Yalah, I am not too romantic.

In the US, a hallmark card costs from $6-$12 and a bunch of roses costs from $10+. A simple maths would add the 2 to abt $15-$$20.

Here, a pack of rice (20lbs) costs abt $4 . So with a hallmark card and a bunch of flower , I can buy 3-5packs of rice.

Our family consumes abt 1pack of rice every 2months, so the card will flower would save us more or less a yr of rice ?

So u see after 1 yr of romancing, I told hubby, ok now let’s get into the seriousness of life :):), not flowers and no card for me for bd, ann, or valentine, send me ecard or card from Wal-Mart (25cents each). At first he thought I was hillarious but eventually he was brained washed by me all these yrs of marriage life :)-

His coworkers had a good laugh when he related the incident to them. Whenever valentine came, his coworker would jokingly asked him if he is taking his wife out for dinner but his answer would not nop and with a grin :).

Ya, during valentine nite, I would make sure I buy lobster, scalop (seafood that I don’t get to eat in Malaysia) and wipe up a 5course seafood dinners. Sometimes I can spend as much as $50-$80 seafood for just 2 of us. I do put on nice tableware and light some candles lah :).

On Valentine night, restaurants are always crowded , more so in our city where there are 60,000 university students ! So, we celebrate in our home with cheap and delicious sea food and spare my blood pressure with long queue.

Aiya, I think whoever girls who read my blog would say, this jamy chi sin, guys might said wow, good, save my $.

A, boys and girls, we all are born different lah. ha ha ha ha ha.

Not to say I don’t like flowers, I do.

I love to visit places that have lots of beautiful flowers and plant here and there easy flowers lah :) (easy flowers like roses or wild flowers brought by birds or wind).

I like roses the most. I think roses represent strength, classic and tasteful :) (only my 2cents cos my roses in my garden has never die on me, every year during summer, I prune the leaves, they will go to sleep for the winter then they comes up again during summer, give me lots of roses on my dinning table, so I love roses :):):)).

KH, u like flowers kah ? Wow, a man with emotion lah :)- I am not saying u are a sissy. Man with emotion are good ! They are sensitive to human life as a whole !

Haha, actually I like to take photograph of flowers. I am an avid nature photographer.

I really love your photos. I love flowers, but my camera is not able to take sharp and nice photo of flowers. Anyway, isn’t this hortensia? We have a lot in France and they are called hortensia.
