There are also encryption programs out there also. I’m wondering, what about recovery programs of deleted files, can do recover also these files?

My experience with such software is that they keep all content in a single protected file and while they are resident in memory the access to files/folders work seemless (though there may be small performance lag) but if in an unfortunate moment when the software is updating the file and power goes off your complete data is gone!!
