Dinner at Rakuzen Japanese Restaurant, Sri Hartamas

The entrance

If you love Japanese cuisines, then you got to try out Rakuzen (樂膳) Japanese Restaurant at Hartamas Shopping Centre. If Sri Hartamas is abit far for you, they have other branches too, one in Jalan Raja Chulan and another one in Subang.

Cozy Seating Arrangment

Let there be light..

If you never been to Japan, then the design in Rakuzen is very much similar to any restaurants in Japan. From the overall decor, to the sitting arrangement, it is as cramp cozy as the real thing. Tables are segmented by hanging sheets or dividers to give more privacy.

In term of foods, overall the pricing is quite reasonable, and in term food quality, it is as good as in Japan. From the menu, you may find there are many choices to choose from. You may try out the sushi, sashimi, noodles, and even set dinner aka teishoku. Prices ranging from RM20 to RM60 per meal.

Hot ocha

Hot Ocha, Green Tea

Salmon sashimi

Sashimi Teishoku

Unagi Sashimi Teishoku

Unagi Sashimi Teishiku

Yukimi Daifuku dessert

Dessert – Yukimi Daifuku Ice-Cream

Overall the foods were nice. We had Unagi Sashimi Teishoku (Eel and Raw Fish Set), Sashimi Teishoku (Raw Fish Set), Kimuchi Nabe (Kimuchi Hot Pot) and dessert, Yukimi Daifuku (Mochi Ice-Cream).

There are other foods that we have yet to try out, thus there will be many more visits in the near future. :-)
