Eventhough the project is discontinued, Download Mover is still a good program. It is a FREE and simple application which allows you to apply sets of rules to folders. With Download Mover, you can download and extract the zip file and launch the executable, and Download Mover will ask you where and what you want to monitor.

You may configure as many source folders as you like, different types of files can be moved to different target folders (or not moved at all).

You need Microsoft Windows to use this program. Development and testing was done on Windows XP.
