Google is the ONLY search engine that you need. If ever your site is penalized by Google, then you are in trouble. If you would like to request for reconsideration from Google, you can do that via Google Webmaster Tools.

What to “reconsider” by google? Page rank?

yeah.. if your site is marked as spam by Google, then your page rank will be zero and your site will not indexed or showed in the search result page
