Good news for all WordPress blog owners, now there is a plugin that allows you to showcase your Google Analytics’s visitor stats via the new Analyticator Plugin.
Built with Google Analytics API, Google Analyticator easily adds Google Analytics tracking support to a WordPress-powered blog. It also comes with an easily customizable widget that can be used to display specific information that is gathered by Google Analytics.
As per Google Analytics’s Blog:
Now you can use the Google Analytics Data Export API to create your own integrations to share Google Analytics data with everyone. For example, if you use WordPress blogging software, you can display Google Analytics traffic data directly on your website using the new Analyticator plugin by Sprial Web Consulting.
To use the plugin, download it from the WordPress plugin Website or just search for, “analyticator” in the “Add a New Plugin” section of the WordPress Administration page. According to Heft, Sprial plans to surface more Google Analytics API data, such as a summary dashboard of website statistics and a widget to display the most popular pages.
Google Analyticator supports the following features:
- Standard Google Analytics tracking support
- Provides a widget that can be used to display visitor stat information on the front-end
- External link tracking of all links on the page, including links not managed by WordPress
- Download link tracking
- Support for hiding Administrator visits without effecting Google Analytics’ site overlay feature
- Support for any advanced tracking code Google provides
- Easily installable only requiring the user knows their UID
- Allows code to be placed in the footer to ensure faster load times
- Complete control over options; disable any feature if needed.

This is a nice tool BUT I run on blogger … anyway, keep up the information, really useful.
I think that’s an interesting concept to show the unique visitors, kinda of similar to the feedburner showing your number of subscribers. The showing the # of visitors could be a really good selling point to potential advertisers, before they even contact the owner of the website!
