Shutter count refers to the number of times shutter closes during photo taking. In another words, a camera with high shutter count would probably has higher chances of damage as compared to a camera with lesser shuttle count.
To check shuttle count for Nikon or Canon DSLR camera, you can use Opanda IExif. It is a simple utility software that allows you to view the Exif data info. For every picture taken, the meta data of that photo will be stored in the Exif data info. By viewing the Exif data, the user can learn about how and where to take the photo, what the camera’s model is, the detail of photographer and also shuttle count.
