If you are a true believer of Google’s corporate motto – "Don’t Be Evil", then you won’t mind allowing Google tracking your location history via Google Latitude.
With Google Latitude, you can now have the option to store your past locations and visualize them on Google Maps and Earth. Besides that, you can access the Google Latitude dashboard that allows you to see interesting information, such as trips, frequently visited locations, distance traveled, and more.
To enable, simple go to Google Location History and select “Enable Location History”.
In terms of privacy, your location history will not be visible publicly or to your Latitude friends. You may delete your entire location history or portions of it whenever you like. You have the option to disable this feature, however this will not remove existing history already stored. To delete that, simply go to History management.
